Jars capping machines, bottle capping systems, plastic bucket sealing machinery
We supply semi-automatic and automatic jars closing machines
and bottle
sealing machines for twist off
jars and bottles as well as machines for pushing in push-in lids. Our capping machines are compact and can be attached to existing systems quickly and easily.
In addition to the sealing machines, we supply lid sorting machines, cap feeder machines, cap / lid applicators, vacuum seal testers, automatic and semi-automatic cappers
for paper and cloth caps on the jars and plastic bucket lid jaws.
Capping machine for jars and bottles
The device is designed for capping 0.2-0.9 l jars and bottles (lids/closures/TWIST OFF/plastic lids).
Closing is accomplished using a revolving head with adjustable pressing strength and closing force. It is switched on automatically with jars present and switches off if
jars are absent. Jars/bottles are closed in a stream-like way, operation being limited to device starting and manual putting of lids on jars.
The sealing machine can be combined with a lid feeder.
Technical specifications:
- Height above the conveyor: 500 mm
- Width: 600 mm
- Length: 700 mm
- Performance: up to 5000 bottles / jars per hour
Advantages of the bottle capping machine:
- Staff savings even up to 2 employees
- Use of different jars sizes from 0.2 to 0.9 l in standard version or on special order possible
- Guaranteed uniform closing force with desired attractive torque, which reduces the failure rate down to 0%
- Can be delivered to the customer sponsor
- Easy conversion to other packaging and easy regulation
- Turns on automatically when jars are present and turns off when they are gone
- Low sensitivity in relation to high deformations and height differences
- made of acid-resistant materials
Vacuum tester for bottles and jars
The task of the testing and excretion device is to check whether the jars have been properly closed. The tester consists of sensors arranged on the guide. The guide positions the sensors relative to the jars lid. The tester is mounted on the conveyor construction or on a special rack which allows the tester to be placed over the conveyor belt. The structure of the tester allows the change of its altitude according to the height of the lens.
The separator is attached to the side of the conveyor and consists of a pneumatic cylinder whose piston rod cooperates with the ejector. Upon receipt of a signal output by the sensors, the cylinder is set in motion and the ejector shifts (removes) the improperly sealed jars from the conveyor to a table placed next to it.
Technical specifications:
- Voltage: 230V
- Power: 3.5W
- Compressed air consumption: 0.012 m3 / h at 100 cylinder cycles
- Air pressure: 0.6 MPa
- Performance: up to 6000 glasses / h
Lid feeder for glass closures
The lid feeder for twist-off closures is a delivery device for the supply of the closures for jars closing machine or capping machine for bottles.
Technical specifications:
- Type gravimetric
- Capacity from 200 to 4000 packages / hour,
- Glass size from 0.2 to 0.9l.
- Lid size from DN 58 to DN 88
- Device power 0.18 kW (180W).
- Supply voltage 400V
- made of acid-resistant materials
In addition, the feeder is equipped with a distribution star that distributes the jars / bottles during the pad's catches
Feeder for twist-off lids
The lid sorter and feeder for twist-off caps is an adjusting device for feeding the twist-off caps to the jar capping machine or bottle capping machine.
The machine for the automatic feeding of the caps is equipped with a collecting container for approx. 1000 caps. The machine sorts the caps and distributes them to the jars. The feeder is equipped with a distribution star wheel, which distributes the jars / bottles during the application of the closures.
Semi-automatic corker - pneumatic corking machine
The semi-automatic pneumatic corker is designed for closing bottles with natural cork. The cork is manually inserted into the socket of the corking machine, then the device inserts the cork into the bottle.
