All filling lines are modular. You can start with a small filling line and, if necessary, expand the process line with other machines. Filling line of dried tomatoes

This filling line shows the productionof dried tomatoes in glasses. The plant is also suitable for filling food such as corn, beans, peas, chickpeas, carrots, beetroot etc.

Filling line mushrooms

A modular filling system for the production of mushrooms in jars. The bottling process starts with the removal of foreign objects of all kinds from the packaging (pre-cleaning). This is done thanks to the unique blow-out machine for jars. In other stations, you will see the spice dosing machine, vegetable filler (here mushrooms), volume dispenser for infusion and the capping machine for twist-off lids.
In this gravitation filling system with adjustable volume, each jar is filled to a certain height, with a defined distance between the brine /marinade and the edge of the glass is created (regardless of the glass size and quantity).

Jam filling line 

This jar filling line can be used to fill jam, sauces, soups, brine, marinades, mustard, ketchup and the like.

The film shows the blower for jars (pre-cleaning), a piston device with two cylinders, machine for the supply of the twist-off lid and jars capping machine.

Filling line for canned goods

Filling and dosing of various foods in jars, cans and bottles including peas, corn, carrots, beans, soups, sauces, marinades, spices.

The complete filling line for vegetables has also been put together modularly. The machines are also available individually.
