Conveyors for food industry

We supply conveyor technology for the transport of foodstuffs such as fruit and vegetables between the individual processing steps with linear, curved or ascending belts, conveyor belts for manual inspection, conveyors for unloading and loading, for the time control of process sequences and to support the food industry in labelling. The conveyor belts are designed for the horizontal transport of various types of packaging (e.g. jars, cups, bottles, etc.).

The supporting element of the conveyor used directly for transport is a belt pulley in the form of a plastic plate chain (PP). The chain moves and is centered on plastic guides. The length of the conveyor belt depends on the customer's requirements and consists of a multiple of segments. The supporting structure of the conveyor consists of 2 sheet metal side walls connected by braces, with a drive drum and a return drum between the walls. The drive drum is driven by one set: Electric motor - conversion gear. The entire structure stands on two-legged bases with height-adjustable feet within ± 50 mm.

The structure is equipped with side guides as standard, the manually adjustable distance of which corresponds to the width of the transported packaging. The conveyor belts are made of stainless materials and acid-resistant steel.
Numerous conveyor belt sizes and belt materials are available according to requirements. 

The conveyor belts have a CE declaration of conformity and comply with the provisions of the directives:
