Our liquid dispensing systems are equipped with anti-drip technology, ensuring clean and precise dispensing without any loss. After each dose, the flow is immediately stopped to prevent any dripping or leakage. This not only ensures a clean workspace but also guarantees an exact fill level, which is particularly important for expensive or sensitive products.

The filling machine is a gravimetric-volumetric device, which means that it fills each glass with the infusion up to the specified height, leaving an expansion gap, i.e., a free space between the infusion (marinade or brine) in the glass and the glass rim, regardless of the glass size and infill.
This technological requirement distinguishes our volumetric dosing system as a special product.Filling stationfrom which, when pouring the infusion, sauce, marinade or oil over, for example, meat dumplings, cabbage rolls, tripe, fish, cucumbers, fruit, it always fills the glasses to the same level (regardless of the insert size).
There are three types of containers for the filling machine:
1. Container for filling with liquids such as brine or pickling vinegar
2. Container for sauces, soups
3. Container for filling with oil

The pre-dispenser is a device primarily mounted on the conveyor. It consists of a pneumatic-mechanical system that positions the jars under the product outlet of the valve, the product feed system, a small tank (a larger one can be manufactured upon request), metering valves, and the control unit. The machine's main purpose is to dispense a small quantity of Lagune into packages containing products whose structure makes gravity pouring difficult (even with the aid of a vacuum), with minimal (or no) expansion gap. Thanks to the use of diaphragm valves and precise electronic control of the dispensing quantity, the dispenser is an extremely accurate machine. Products for which this type of dispenser is recommended include salads and salads of all kinds.

The vacuum brine dispenser is the result of a further development of the gravity-fed brine dispenser. It is designed for much more demanding products than its predecessor and can therefore dispense challenging items such as salads, finely chopped vegetables, or peppers. It is also perfectly suited for dispensing brines, oils, or sauces. The vacuum-assisted filling process ensures a consistent expansion gap and high efficiency. The mixer components are designed for quick and intuitive disassembly for cleaning, while maintaining all hygiene standards. The unit is constructed entirely of approved materials suitable for use in food-grade environments (this also applies to the pump!), and its precision manufacturing guarantees flawless operation.
The stationary syrup filler is a self-contained workstation for the convenient and precise filling of containers (e.g., bottles) with all types of syrups or thickening agents (e.g., ginger syrup). At the heart of the machine is a vertical double-piston dosing unit equipped with a fully automatic capping nozzle system. The station is designed to enable efficient and ergonomic operation while adhering to health and safety standards. High-quality, food-grade polymers and acid-resistant steel used in the machine's construction guarantee a long service life and resistance to even the most aggressive cleaning agents.
