Simultaneous filling for greater efficiency
The linear filling process allows for the simultaneous filling of multiple containers, significantly increasing efficiency. Products are filled according to the required capacity, viscosity, and fill volume. A pneumatic drive draws the product from an intermediate tank and reliably fills it into the packaging. The fill volume is infinitely adjustable to ensure optimal adaptation to specific requirements.
Anti-drip technology for clean working
Our piston filling machines are equipped with modern anti-drip technology, enabling clean and precise filling without drips or spills. The filling heads close immediately after each filling operation to prevent product loss and ensure workplace cleanliness.
The containers are fed to the machine via a conveyor belt and secured under the filling station by a precise positioning system. Once a container is correctly positioned, the filling process is automatically triggered, and after filling, the container is moved on to the next stage so that a new, empty container can take its place. This ensures that the entire process remains clean and efficient.
Single-piston dosing device
The single-piston dispenser is ideal for dispensing all types of liquid and viscous products (such as jams, soups with meat or vegetable pieces). The distinct advantage of volumetric dosing is the homogeneous and repeatable dispensing of the product, which is particularly important for maintaining the product's aesthetically pleasing appearance in a transparent container (e.g., a jar or bottle). Crucially, the dispensers feature precise dosing adjustments, allowing for optimized product quantity for packaging. The pneumatically controlled dispenser offers automatic or semi-automatic (pedal-operated) operation, providing greater control over the packaging process. The dispenser is equipped with a tank (optionally also with a tank for mixing and/or heating the product), but it is also compatible with any mixer offered. Upon request, a large-capacity external product tank can be manufactured, which also works perfectly with the single-piston dispenser. All the above-mentioned components are made of high-quality, acid-resistant steel, while the seals and other polymer components are certified for use in the food industry. It is also possible to manufacture a dispenser suitable for CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning.
Two-piston dispenser
The twin-piston dispenser is simply an evolution of the tried-and-tested single-piston dispenser. This device was developed in response to the increasing demand for higher-capacity dispensers, while retaining all the other parameters of the single-piston dispenser. Simultaneous dispensing of dense and liquid products with solids is possible in virtually any packaging required by the customer. This is all made possible by a wide range of dispensing valves (fixed and movable) that meet even the most demanding requirements. The dispenser can also be integrated with other machinery, resulting in a fully automated production line. Naturally, all of this is achieved in an acid-resistant design using certified polymers. The superior quality of the product guarantees reliable and satisfactory operation for years to come, a guarantee we fully back. A dispenser suitable for CIP (Clean-in-Place) technology is also available.
Multi-piston dispenser
Multi-piston dispensers are a solution for the most demanding customers who expect performance far exceeding that of single- or twin-piston dispensers, and are available in versions with 3-6 pistons. The volumetric dosing of liquid and semi-liquid products (even those containing solids) using such a dispenser ensures a consistent product quantity in the packaging, which remains uncontaminated thanks to the use of an end valve designed for a specific product type. To meet the highest cleanliness standards, our dispensers are made exclusively of acid-resistant steel and the highest quality polymers, certified for use in the food industry.The dosing unit can optionally be equipped with the possibility of central automatic cleaning using CIP technology.

Piston dosing units, in conjunction with the MP-500 or MP-1000 mixers, deliver the best results in the industrial filling of liquid and semi-liquid food products (soups, stews, sausages, beans, etc.). Efficient filling systems fed from high-capacity tanks mean significant time savings for production line personnel, as frequent refilling of product into a small tank is no longer necessary. It is also possible to equip such a unit with an automatically controlled product pump that continuously refills the MP series mixer.

The design of both the dispenser and the mixer is geared towards the precise volumetric dosing of liquid or semi-liquid products containing solid particles, while adhering to hygienic standards.
